- Prior to his legal career, Edward served seven years in the United States Air Force securing and monitoring classified military assets. During his military career, Edward lived in England, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. Edward was recognized as Security Airman of the Year in 1995 and 1996, at two different military installations. Airman of the Year is awarded to the top security member for outstanding job performance.
- Edward started his legal career at Cousineau McGuire and subsequently clerked for the Honorable R.A. Jim Randall of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Before returning to Cousineau McGuire, he practiced as in-house counsel for The Hartford Insurance Company.
- Edward has handled matters involving workers' compensation and civil litigation issues. He primarily practices workers' compensation defense.
- Speaker at client seminars on various topics involving workers' compensation.
