Experience
Jim has handled numerous complex cases during his tenure at Cousineau McGuire. He has handled sports law cases, construction cases (for the contractor and the sub-contractor), the defense of architects and engineers in construction cases, malpractice cases for dentists, nurse anesthetists and nursing homes (long term care facilities), product liability cases and insurance coverage issues.
