Additional Information:
- Jennifer began her legal career as a law clerk at a firm which specialized in representing injured workers in workers' compensation cases. She values her experience on both sides of the workers' compensation system as it provides her with a unique perspective from which to approach and defend cases.
During her time with Cousineau McGuire Jennifer has devoted her practice solely to defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters. Her practice includes witness and expert depositions, hearings and appellate work including briefs to both the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals.
