- Vincent began his legal career at Management Guidance, Inc. where he was house counsel for a construction contractors association. He was involved with labor contract formation, union grievances, and was a trustee on various health and welfare and pension funds.
In 2003, Vincent joined Cousineau McGuire in the workers' compensation section. In his tenure at Cousineau McGuire, he has handled workers' compensation files at all levels of litigation from the initial deposition through expert depositions, hearings, appellate work and appeals at both the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court. Vincent has conducted seminars throughout the United States to clients on issues, including calculation of permanent total disability benefits, use of forms, defenses to ongoing usage of narcotics, vocational rehabilitation issues and other related topics.
