Experience
Prior to joining Cousineau McGuire, Valorie represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions. Experienced in trial work, including second-chairing an insurance coverage litigation. Successfully defended businesses, motor vehicle carriers and individuals in a variety of personal injury actions. Represents the subrogation interests of workers' compensation insurers. Successfully handled arbitrations of no-fault insurers for insurance companies. Experience conducting all levels of litigation including motion practice, mediations, arbitrations and trials.

Personal Interests:
Valorie enjoys working with her thoroughbred mare in jumping and dressage activities, and continues to teach and train children and adult amateurs to work with their horses as well. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and running.
