Currently, the firm consists of 37 attorneys, with 15 practicing almost exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense with years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims at the Department of Labor & Industry, Office of Administrative Hearings, before the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
